48 \ | Zn K nan CHIHUAHUA CHEESE CHICKEN QUESADILLAS INGREDIENTS: 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas 1 Ys cup, divided Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese with Jalapefio from V&V SUPREMO®. 1 cup, rotisserie chicken (divided shredded) PREPARATION: 1. Pre-heat grill pan or a skillet for 1 minute over medium-lowheat. The temperature on the skillet is important so that the tortillas do not harden or overcook before the cheese fully melts. 2. Place 1 tortilla in the pan and sprinkle with '/3 cup cheese, '/cup chicken, an additional /s cup cheese, top with a secondtortilla. Cook quesadillas for 2 to 3 mi nutes or until the cheeseis fully melted and quesadillas are golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining ingredients. 3.
