Ina blender combine comfiakes, cheese, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Pulse until mixed {0 fine blend. Dump onto a plate or shallow bow. In.a bowl, whisk together the egg and add hot sauce. Add chicken ‘and mix until well coated. Coat individual pieces of chicken with ‘com flake breading mixture. Place tenders on a baking sheet. Drizzle chicken pieces with olive oil Bake for 25 minutes until they reach a temperature of 165°F. Set aside, keeping over low heat. ‘Season flank steak with salt and pepper. Gril or pan fry to medium rare, 140°F: Once flank steak is cooked, let it rest 5 minutes and slice thinly across the grain, Pace in the pan with peanut mixture to coat.
