Shop'n Save - Store

Shop 'n Save is a locally owned and operated discount grocery store headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Though not a chain, they are full-service grocery stores with produce, meat, deli, bakery, meat, seafood, and pharmacy departments. They offer high-quality grocery items at low prices, with national brands and various private label products like Essential every day, Culinary Circle, and Wild Harvest.

Shop'n Save - History

Shop 'n Save was established in 1968 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as one of the nation's first discount grocery stores. Today, there are more than 90 independently owned and operated SHOP 'n SAVE stores in Western Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Ohio, and West Virginia. The stores are supplied by the distributor SuperValu, which licenses the Shop 'n Save name.

Shop'n Save - Promotions

On the Shop' N Save website, you can view the current coupons by hovering on the Sales tab then selecting the Coupons page. You can sign in to your Perks account, clip coupons, and save them to use online or in the stores. The SHOP 'n SAVE Perks Card is free to sign up for and gives you various money-saving opportunities, including savings on gas at Sunoco. The card earns you 1¢ for every $5.00 spent in-store on participating items! So, if you spend $50.00 on participating items in Shop' n Save stores, you get 10¢ off per gallon of gas at Sunoco.

Shop'n Save - News

In April 2020, as communities struggled during the nationwide COVID-19 pandemic shutdown, Shop 'n Save donated $10,000 to the Greater Pittsburgh Community and the Westmoreland County Food Banks. The donation, funded by the brand's independently owned stores, was equivalent to 50,000 meals across 12 local counties.

Shop'n Save - More Information

Shop' n Save stores are committed to raising funds for their local communities through fundraisers and donations. In 2021, Shop 'n Save customers donated over $45,000 to the cause of muscular dystrophy for research, care centers, and product and equipment purchases. The stores raised the funds by selling shamrocks to customers at their locations.
