Rowe's IGA supermarkets is a chain of specialty supermarkets in Jacksonville and Orange Park, Florida. This locally operated company prides itself on freshness, variety, and low pricing. Some of the stores feature large international food sections and services such as a sushi chef and fresh sushi bar, full bakery with a specialized pastry chef on duty, a floral department run by a local florist, organic food sections, meal kits, meals to go, hot bar, fresh pizzas, and more.
In 2005, Rob Rowe, an entrepreneur who started his professional career as a butcher, founded Rowe’s IGA Supermarkets in Jacksonville, Florida. Using his capital and asset-based loan, he purchased seven underperforming Alberton’s supermarket stores. Within months, he had renovated and reopened six of the locations. Since then, he hasn’t expanded his chain, but he has replaced old stores with new ones, and Rowe’s Supermarkets has become synonymous with high quality, low prices, and wide selection.

Rowe's IGA Supermarkets' latest Jacksonville location opened in June 2020 in the Deerwood Village Shopping Center in Baymeadows. The new site has almost 59,000 square feet of grocery selection, is run by 100 team members, and offers extensive services and international choices including Asian, European, Central American, South American, Columbian, Peruvian, Caribbean, and other foods and spices.
